By booking a tour with us, paying a deposit, or signing this agreement, you accept all of the terms in this agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons listed on the booking, including but not limited to any minors for whom you are signing this agreement (also referred to individually as “Traveler” or “Travelers”), and direct us to perform services for each and every Traveler.

IDENTIFICATION: Travelers are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

PAYMENTS: We use third-party payment processing companies to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card. There will be a 3.5% processing fee for each credit card payment. A deposit is due at the time of reservation/booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because The Travel Chics, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This is how we can ensure low package prices that allow you to make installment payments. All final payment dates and final payment amount will be clearly noted on your invoice. It is your responsibility to ensure payments arrive to us on or before that date. Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as a roommate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY: Traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of The Travel Chics, LLC Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay The Travel Chics, LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.

REFUNDS: You acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to The Travel Chics, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because The Travel Chics, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for your vacation. If you purchased Travel Insurance, please contact the insurance supplier in order to discuss your refund options according to their refund policy. NO REFUND will be processed directly from The Travel Chics, LLC. All payments to The Travel Chics, LLC are nonrefundable and non- transferable.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: Things happen at times beyond your control. Missing your trip can be a frustrating event but losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. It is highly recommended to select and purchase travel insurance yourself on all tours.

SUPPLIERS: The carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of The Travel Chics, LLC. The Travel Chics, LLC assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of an employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrument owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of The Travel Chics, LLC or (5) act of God.

AIRLINES: The Travel Chics, LLC is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. The Travel Chics, LLC is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, due to schedule and/or flight changes.

PASSPORTS: A passport is required to travel outside the United States. The passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of your trip. You should apply and obtain a passport far in advance for any group travel outside the United States. Failure to receive a passport by the travel date is not grounds for refund of any payments made. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, HOLD HARMLESS: In consideration of the
opportunity to participate in the above named event on dates indicated above, I voluntarily acknowledge and agree to the following: I agree for myself, my heirs and assigns, executors and administrators to hold harmless and release The Travel Chics, LLC or any other sponsoring organization(s) and/or subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, representatives or successors (released parties”) from any and all losses, causes of action, liabilities, indirectly from participation in connection with the Event and/or the condition of the property, facilities or equipment used for Event, regardless of when, where or how such claim may arise and regardless of whether caused by the disappearance of negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, including, without limitation. Claims relating to (1) any theft, loss or disappearance of property, (2) bodily injury (fatal or non-fatal) and (3) property damage.

IMAGE RELEASE: I grant permission for The Travel Chics, LLC to use my likeness and any other indication of my identity in connection with the Event, and publicity, advertising and promotion for the event and other events in all forms of media throughout the world in perpetuity without remuneration I further agree that all photos, negatives, imagery and video recordings and all copyrights therein shall be the sole property of Travel Legacy, Inc. and I waive any right I may have to inspect or approve any materials that may use such rights.

AGREEMENT ENFORCEABILITY: The agreements will be constructed
broadly to prevent claims and lawsuits to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. Any provisions found to be void or unenforceable shall be modified or deleted to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable and shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
Please report any disability requiring special attention to The Travel Chics, LLC at the time the reservation is made. The Travel Chics, LLC will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled traveler but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. The American with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals may be limited in other countries. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and offer motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well-being. The passenger assumes the full risk of use and of any prohibitions imposed by vendors.
